Larry Arnold, our estimator / project manager, has a wide range of experience in the design and construction of all types of buildings whether it is a pre-engineered metal building, a traditional masonry & steel structure or wood framed. He can recommend the type of construction that best meets your needs functionally and economically.
The relationships we have developed with architects, engineers and sub-contractors allows us to work with them and use their knowledge and ideas through this process as well.
If you already have a plan or are working with a designer, we can work with them to make sure through value engineering that the project meets your budget requirements.
We will review and do pre-liminary cost analysis for most projects free of charge.
